Welcome to Synergy: Field Agent Pro, a mobile application owned and operated by Synergy Insurance Group, LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”).

b. Client & Lead Data

Contact details, policy information, notes, and addresses entered by the user.

This data is stored securely in your user account and is not shared publicly.

c. Location Information

The App requests access to your location to display your current position on the map and to provide route planning between clients.

Location data is used only while using the app and is not shared or stored permanently unless required for route tracking.

d. Usage and Device Information

Device type, operating system, and app version.

General analytics (via Firebase Analytics) to improve app performance and reliability.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

Provide, operate, and maintain the app.

Display your clients and leads on the interactive map.

4. How We Share Your Information

With Firebase (Google Cloud Platform): To securely store your data and manage authentication.

With Service Providers: For analytics, crash reporting, and cloud hosting (Firebase, Google Maps SDK).

As Required by Law: If necessary to comply with legal obligations or protect user safety.

We do not share your client or lead data with other users or outside entities.

Firestore database with secure access rules

While we take strong precautions, no electronic storage method is 100% secure. You use the app at your own discretion.

Your data is retained as long as your account remains active.

If you delete your account, all associated data (including clients, leads, and goals) will be permanently deleted from our servers within 30 days.

Delete your account and all related data.

Revoke location access through your device settings.

8. Children’s Privacy
